• make a claim for Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction
• tell us about a change in your circumstances
• view your claim and letters
• upload supporting evidence

Sign in to the Benefits portal

When you get to the portal, click the 'sign in' button to automatically log in with your myCrawley account.

When you are logged in, you can choose to:

• start a new claim
• view your existing claim
• upload documents to your claim

Use the portal to tell us about any changes in your circumstances, on the existing claims link.

If you need to change your email, please change it in myCrawley first, before you go to the Benefits portal.
